Founder and Managing Director

Upon leaving School and prior to opening Equity Residential Ltd, Daniel was involved in troubleshooting and improving licensed premises. He gained valuable knowledge from managing these businesses. He looks after the interests of Equity's growing Asset Management Business.

Dan is a qualified Mortgage & Insurance Advisor and is also responsible for Equity's Insurance Mediation.

Thomas Clitheroe
Director

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from South Bank University his first job was with London Docklands Development Corporation before joining Equity Residential in the summer of 1999.

Tom is the face of Equity and knows the local market inside out.

Lisa Laycock
Office Manager

Lisa is formerly a legal secretary, Lisa ensures the team receive first class back up essential to the company's involvement in preparation of Tenancy agreement's and legal notices.

Lisa has obtained ARLA's Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management

Sam Morley
Lettings Consultant

Our latest member of staff. We met Sam running a small business in Eastbourne and were so impressed with his interpersonal skills we offered him a job.

As our youngest employee, Sam is full of energy and keen to make the deals. The number of properties let improves month on month as a result and he keeps the Directors on their toes.

Tony Evans Property Inspector

Tony joined the company as Property Inspector in January 2002. He had just sold his business and was looking at what to do next. Tony is impartial by nature and says what he sees. We are therefore always confident in the accuracy of his work. Equity are almost unique locally in having a dedicated inventory and property inspector.

Willam Dickie Architectural Consultant

Co founder and former Director, Bill advises the Asset Management division of the business. He has over 30 years of experience in property & architecture alone.
