Equity Residential Limited is an independently owned company comprising of two Directors and brothers.

 

Daniel Clitheroe and Thomas Clitheroe opened their offices in Cavendish Place, Eastbourne on 13 August 1998 and quickly became established in Eastbourne’s growing lettings and investment based housing market.

 

Both Directors believe in the town and are proud to be part of the local business community.

Equity Residential have a loyal and very experienced team headed up by account manager Lisa Worrell, whom has worked for the company for over 12 years.
